Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physical active individuals (15-20 min of focused exercise, 3-5 days/week)   Individuals with BMI between 18-24 kg/m2 Volunteers willing to sign the consent form. Volunteers willing to participate in screening tests( Rock pot fitness test assessing VO2 max and rating of perceived exertion)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who does not clear Physical activity readiness questioner(PARQ).
