Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 1-14 years, ASA grade 1 and ASA grade 2 patients coming for elective perineal surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with neurological or neuromuscular disorders, a history of hemorrhage, coagulation disorders, allergy to the drugs being used in the study, an inguinal incision required for surgery or any contraindication to regional anesthesia will not be included in the study.
