Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Cases of tubercular or suspected tubercular posterior uveitis satisfying definition of ‘persistent’, ‘severe’ or ‘atypical’ presentation. -Cases of idiopathic macular hole, non-inflammatory ERM and RRD posted for vitrectomy (negative controls) -Cases of clinical endophthalmitis planned for vitrectomy (positive control).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients not consenting for the study. -Pregnant lady -Age below 18 years

MeasureTime frame
Any suitable biomarker protein after validation with the described techniques can be further used in the development of an early diagnostic ELISA kits or rapid diagnostic kits & can be used as potential drug targets.Timepoint: After completion of whole study as well as data analysis we will be able to find a protein of interest that may be further taken to prepare an early diagnostic ELISA kit or rapid diagnostic kit.
