Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients of age group 18-60 years. 2.Patients of either sex will be selected. 3.Patients clinically diagnosed with sign and symptoms of Vatakantaka (Calcaneal spur). 4.Patient with shoola. 5.Patients will be selected irrespective of religion or socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with wound on heel region. 2.Calcaneal fracture. 3.Patient with Infective pathology. 4.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot. 5.HIV, HBsAg Positive patients. o Pregnant women. o Uncontrolled Blood pressure.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in pain by 3-4 numbers in VAS scale with Agnikarma. Timepoint: 5 DAYS
