Intervention1: Low Level laser therapy: Low Level laser is applied for 20 seconds on the site of needle prick prior to infiltration

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Children of age group of 8-12 years 2)Children requiring administration of buccal infiltration anesthesia irrespective of treatment 3)Children with Frankl’s behavior rating 3 and 4. 4)Children with good general health (ASA I). 5)Children who are willing to participate and whose parents give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Medically compromised children. 2)Patient with history of anxiety disorder. 3)Children or parents not willing to participate. 4)Patients with history of allergy to local anesthesia. 5)Patients on medication that can alter pain perception. 6)Presence of lesion at the site of application.
