Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing cardiac surgery on cardiopulmonary bypass 2) ASAI to IV
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Dialysis dependent kidney disease 2)Post renal transplant cases 3)Death within 48hrs post op 4)Renal artery stenosis with psychiatric illness/ alcohol abuse 5)Patients without satisfactory pulse wave doppler of renal interlobar or arcuate artery
