Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are >18 years age with haemodynamic instability requiring vasopressor support to maintain MAP(Mean Arterial Pressure) of 65mmHg and being mechanically ventilated, not on spontaneous respiration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient/attendant refusal. 2. Pregnant patients. 3. Pre-existing impaired left ventricular function, myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia. 4. Fluid overload patients who are having bilateral crepts 5. Non mechanical ventilation 6. Chronic kidney disea
