Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children of age group 6 months-18 years admitted in a general PICU and having AKI at admission or developing AKI within 7 days of PICU admission as per the KDIGO criteria, with or without requirement of renal replacement therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing CKD, Previous history of AKI, AKI due to primary renal disorders like glomerulonephritis, hemolytic uremic syndrome, obstructive uropathy, congenital anomaly of kidney and urinary tract etc and Not willing to give consent/not expected to follow-up
