Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients willing to participate in this clinical research work. 2.patients between the age of 18 to 57 years. 3.patient having clinical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya. 4.patient fit for Basti and Svedana karma. 5.patients having BMI (body mass index) between 25-35 kg/m² will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who are not willing to sign written consent to participate in the study. 2.patients below the age of 18 year and above the age of 57 years. 3.BMI >35 and 4.patient suffering from cardiac disease, pulmonary tuberculosis, severe lung diseases, severe hypertension, diabetes mellitus, PCOD, pregnant and lactating women. 5.patients those are not fit for Svedana and basti karma.
