Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients from age of 29 days to 14 yrs. 2. Stage 1 of AKI based on KDIGO Staging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AKI stage 2 or more. 2. Patients with established End stage renal disease. 3. Patients with hypovolemia (if hypovolemia persists even after giving intravenous fluid boluses). 4. Patients with hospital stay 5. Patients with pre-existing congenital renal abnormalities. 6. Patients with history of allergy to furosemide.

MeasureTime frame
To determine the predictive value of combined score of RAI and FST for progression of AKI in patients admitted in PICU.Timepoint: 1 year

MeasureTime frame
1. Assess the need of Renal Replacement Therapy in patients landing in AKI in PICU. 2. Document the time required for renal recovery. 3. Describe the length of hospital stay. 4. Describe the final outcome of the enrolled patients.Timepoint: 1 year
