Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients having breast cancer planned for anthracycline based chemotherapy and have normal LA and LV function at baseline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previously diagnosed cardiovascular disease including valvular heart disease, ischemic heart disease, previous cardiac surgery, or percutaneous interventions 2.Seriously ill patients, patients with life expectancy less than 1 year 3.Patients with poor window, unable to lie down or pain at local site prohibiting detailed echocardiographic study 4.Patients with irregular rhythms including atrial fibrillation, frequent VPCs 5.Patients undergoing other treatments like radiotherapy 6.Patients with other serious comorbidities
