Intervention1: Radiofrequency ablation of genicular nerves using fluoroscopy in patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint: Patients will be randomly divided into 2 group: Monopolar and Bipolar group

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients 2) Unilateral Osteoarthritis Knee with Kellegren - Lawrence Grade 3 or Grade 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of knee surgery 2) Dislocated knee 3) Any active infection around knee joint

Assessment of pain relief using WOMAC score knee, New Oxford score knee, Patient global impression of change scaleTimepoint: Immediately, 1 week,1 month and 3 months after procedure.—
