Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 16-60years 2.Patient will be taken from both the gender 3.Complicated necrotic wounds that are resistant to conventional treatment. 4. Pressure ulcers. 5. Venous stasis ulcers. 6. Neuropathic, diabetic foot ulcers. 7. Non-healing traumatic or post surgical wounds 8. Wound infected with MRSA (Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus) which are resistant to most antibiotics. 9. Non healing wounds in orthopaedics practice.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.HIV and HBsAg Positive patient 2.Mentally or neurologically disabled patients who are not fit to approve their participation in the study 3.Bleeding disorders such as haemophilia and haematological malignancies etc. 4.Severe anaemia 5. Near natural orifice
