Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willingness to participate in the study and signing in the written consent form. 2. Those diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus 3. Middle aged women with Diabetes mellitus from 45 to 55 years of age. 4. No history of practicing yoga or other exercises. 5. Assessed suitable for practicing yoga therapy based on physical exam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating Women 2. History of heart, liver or renal illness 3. Active clinical surgery or other major clinically Significant disorder/ disease. 4. Presence of any tumor. 5. History of psychiatric illness 6. Patients on prolonged medication for any other morbid condition. 7. Person suffering with severe High Blood Pressure 8. Those with any skin infection or allergy 9. Those do not give consent form.
