Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA categories 1 and 2 Scheduled for elective thoracic and lumbosacral spine surgeries in prone position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hemoglobin 2. History of cranial surgery 3. Pre-existing cerebrovascular disease 4. Poly trauma patients 5. Pregnancy 6. Intramedullary spine tumors 7. Spine trauma with dural injury
