Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women had natural menopause confirmed by amenorrhea of at least 12 months Women had symptoms of vaginal atrophy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vaginal infection, and UTI H/o hysterectomy Current h/o taking HRT H/o undiagnosed vaginal bleeding K/c/o systemic illnesses, and malignancy
