Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Pregnant women with period of gestation 37-40 weeks with cephalic presentation in spontaneous labor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Pregnant women with any medical co-morbidities like hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Renal disease, pulmonary disease. 2. Pregnant women with any obstetric co-morbidities like pre-term, multiple gestation, breech, post-dated pregnancy,Bad Obstetric History . 3. Women undergoing Caesarean section in latent phase for any reason, after enrollment will be excluded.
