Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18 - 80 years. Both male and female patient who come for hemodialysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with the advanced malignancy Patients undergoing hemodialysis who are diagnosed to have psychiatric illness and those on medical treatment for depression. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients with deafness or visual impairment. Patients who refuse to give consent.

The study results will give an overview of the medication knowledge, adherence & quality of life among the patients undergoing hemodialysis which helps in managing the health issues in these patients & as well as improve the treatment outcome. Identification and reporting adverse drug reaction will be useful in providing better treatment and thus enables rationalization of drug therapy.Timepoint: 0 15 30 Days
