Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To estimate extravascular lung water (EVLW) by lung ultrasound in managing fluid resuscitation in septic shock.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Pregnant women, Past history of chronic lung disease, active bleeding, ARDS and Left ventricular ejection fraction lower than 50% Cardiogenic shock

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Patients outcome will be assessed as requiring, renal replacement therapy, Progressive increasing ventilator therapy.Timepoint: 1 week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess ICU mortality and post ICU discharge morbidity means quality of lifeTimepoint: 1 week to post ICU discharge
