Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Age between 25 to 65 years(male/female) 2-Diagnosed cases of Gradhrasi with symptoms like Ruja,Stambha,Suptata,Spandana. 3-Sign like Sakthi,Aiksheoa,Nigraha(SLR,i.e.,straighr leg raising test positive above 90 and below 45 degree)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Uncontrol diabetes mellitus,hypertension,tuberculosis 0f spine and hip joint,malignancy of sine or other organs. 2-Fracture related to the spine 3-cardiac disease(ischemic heart disease,coronary artery disease,myocardial infraction,etc.) 4-Anemia(hemoglobin% 5-Pregnancy
