Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) At least 18 years of age 2) Established daily routine (for at least 1 year) that results in the targeted exposure scenario

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute or uncontrolled medical or psychiatric conditions or respiratory symptoms/illness 2) Greater than 14 drinks of alcohol per week 3) Currently taking any medications that affect relevant metabolic enzymes 4) Use of recreational drugs that might affect biomarkers 5) Active infection (e.g., influenza, cold, respiratory infection, sinus infection) at the time of the visit.
