Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having symptoms of knee symptoms of knee joint pain stiffness tenderness crepitation and restricted movement of knee joint Patients who are willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigation Patients who are willing to take x ray before and after treatment Patients who are willing to sign the the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma and fracture, ligament injury Other types of arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Septic arthritis, Reactive arthritis) Pregnancy women and lactating mothers Benign and malignant neoplasm Patient with any other autoimmune diseases Patient who are having skin disease
