Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Desktop workers working for 6 to 8 hours a day. Work Experience of at least 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital Deformities Spinal Stabilization and lower limb surgeries and general surgeries in last 6 months. Pregnancy. Knee ligamentous/ meniscal/bursitis/muscle tear and degenerative disorders. Hip degenerative disorder/ impingement syndrome.
