Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having the symptoms of joint pain in one or both knee joints,swelling, tenderness, stiffness, crepitation,restricted movements of joints. 2.Patients who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation. 3.Patient who are willing to participate in this study with the knowledge of potential risks and who are willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic illness of the patient 2.Rheumatoid arthritis 3.Use of Narcotic drugs 4.Pregnancy and lactation 5.History of trauma 6.Carcinoma patients 7.Tuberculosis 8.Immuno compromised patients 9.Clinically significant abnormal laboratory values
