Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 year to 60 year. 2.Ashmari(Renal caluli)size less than 10mm. 3.Blood pressure 4.Blood sugar level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. 2) Chronic Renal failure. (Sr. Creatinine >2mg/dl will not be included) 3) Gross Hydronephrosis with parenchymal damage. 4) Acute abdominal pain. 5) Cases that require surgical intervention. 6) Severe Hematuria. 7) Alculi Size more than 10 mm. 8) Alculi present in urinary bladder, ureter and in urethra will be excluded. 9) Known cases of Malignancy, Tuberculosis. 10) Uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac disorders.
