Health Condition 1: M170- Bilateral primary osteoarthritis of knee

Interventions

Intervention1: Static cycling and conventional treatment: Static cycling in forward (F) and backward (B) manner. Total cycling time will be for 22 minutes (F-15
B-7). The main session (Forward cycling) will be for 15 minutes. Then the cool down session will be for 7 minutes with Backward cycling. Conventional treatment protocol: 1. Thermal dose (MHP) for 15

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants: individuals with knee osteoarthritis (between 1 and 3 according to Kellgren/Lawrence score) 2. Patients are able to do cycle on a stationary cycle 3. Primary knee osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable cardiac or pulmonary diseases 2. Joint replacement surgery during the past year 3. Traumatic and rheumatic abnormalities of knee 4. Anterior cruciate ligament injury or reconstruction
