Intervention1: Itrifal Kishneezi and Roghan Baiza Murgh: Group B will be treated with Itrifal Kishneezi 10g twice daily with Roghan Baiza Murgh 10ml locally on scalp daily followed up after every 15 d

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed cases of Telogen effluvium (Intithar al-shaâ??r) 2. Females, between age of 18-60 years. 3. Cases of Telogen Effluvium precipitated by following conditions such as typhoid, other febrile illness, major surgery, psychological stress, nutritional deficiencies and crash dieting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients 60 yrs. 2.Patients having disease like scalp psoriasis, tinea capitis, seborrheic dermatitis. 3.Patients having scarring alopecia or other type of non-scarring alopecia. 4.Pregnant and lactating women. 5.Patients suffering from DM, Malignancy. 6.Patients on therapy for TE within a period of 30 days. 7.History of any surgical correction of scalp hair loss.
