Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons willing to Participate and who gave their consent in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 years and above 60 years. 2.Persons with past and present history of any skin disease e.g. psoriasis, dermatitis, vitiligo etc. 3. Persons suffering from any bacterial or fungal infections or any skin infections. 4.Who are under medication with antibiotics and antifungal drugS. 5.Persons with any chronic systemic disorders, persons not willing to participate.
