Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age 15yrs or more of both sex attending psychiatry OPD diagnosed to have psychiatric illness. 2.Patient visiting Psychiatry OPD for the first time for a particular disease. 3.Patient having any psychiatric medication not more than 15days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Indoor patients, patients of migraine, epilepsy. 2.Patient less than 15 years of age. 3.Patient taking psychiatric medication more than 15 days.
