Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex age between 18 to 60 years. All elective cases, requiring general anesthesia, with duration of surgery more than 1 hrs. ASA I and II patients with BMI 24 ± 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had neurologic or psychiatric illness. Patients having hepatic disorders. Pregnant females, any contraindication to propofol. patients with IHD. Patients withDifficult airway
