Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study will include the primary users, children upto 18 years, and/or their parents or attendees (wherever applicable as surrogates) in outpatient and inpatient departments, and the secondary users, nurses, doctors, and staff associated with children of that setting will be included. Along with the above, the Highest Bed Strength(BS) in Private Hospitals and Highest BS among the Chain Hospitals are included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Visitors to the pediatric setting, children with terminal illnesses, and psychiatric hospitalization will be excluded from the study. Along with the above, the Same type of hospitals in Chain Hospitals, and the Same type of hospitals in Private Hospitals are excluded.
