Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 30 age group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.smokers, alcoholics 2.Known case of Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Cardiovascular disorders, Respiratory problems, psychological disorders, Neurological diseases & Cerebrovascular illness. 3.Subjects practicing regular Exercise, Yoga, Meditation. 4.Taking medications affecting Autonomic Function (Antidepressants, Benzodiazepines, Anti-inflammatory ,Beta-blockers) .
