Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Erupted permanent first and second molars, which are indicated for pit and fissure sealants. 2.Children who have first/second permanent molars indicated for pit and fissure sealants on both left and right side quadrants. 3.Pits and fissures stained with minimum appearance of decalcification 4.Children with Franklâ??s behaviour rating 3 and 4 will be included in the study. 5.Children with no underlying medical conditions. 6.Children whose parents give written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Permanent Molars with visible occlusal or proximal carious lesion or any other developmental defects. 2.Tooth not fully erupted and adequate isolation is not possible. 3.Previously restored teeth
