Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age between 20 to 60years. 2.Patients of either sex. 3.Patients suffering from corn of both sole and palm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 20 and 60 years of age. 2.Patients suffering from any severe systemic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus etc. 3.Patients who are sensitive to Xylocaine. 4.Patients suffering from HIV1&2 and HbsAg. 5.Patients unfit for agnikarma procedure like pitta prakruti,antarshonia,bala,vruddha etc.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Relief from Pain,Itching,and Tenderness.Timepoint: Duration-1 month Follow up- 5th,10th,15th day Recurrence follow up- after 1 month	—

Secondary

No recurrence of corn after agnikarma. Minimum invasive techinque of removal of corn.Timepoint: 2 weeks- Fine recovery-Relief from Pain ,Itching & Tenderness 4 weeks- Good recovery	—
