Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 40 years Both Gender Person able to Read and Write in English No History Of Musculoskeletal Disorders No History Of Neurological Condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low Back Pain Pregnancy Recent Spinal Surgery

Core Muscle Strength by Pressure BiofeedbackTimepoint: 2 Times when the study gets started and when the study gets ended i.e.By Using Pressure Biofeedback At the baseline and at the end of 4 weeks of the study.

Core Muscle Strength by Plank TESTTimepoint: 2 Times when study gets started and when the study gets ended i.e. By Using Plank Test At the baseline and at the end of 4 weeks of the study.
