Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 25 to 40 years. Individuals who are working job or business. Voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Housewives or unemployed young adults. Refusal to participate in the study. Individuals from nutrition background.
