Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having clinical sign and symptoms of Sthaulya. 2.Subjects whose BMI lies in 28-40kg/m2 3.Subject which are willing to participate in the study. 4.Patient suitable for Virechana karma and Basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of Uncontrolled Hypertension, Coronary heart disease, Chronic kidney disease. 2.Pregnant and lactating females.

Virechana Karma may show better results on associated symptoms like Chal Sphik-Udar-Stana, Atinidra, Atipipasa, Ati-kshudha, waist circumference, hip circumference in patients of Sthaulya in comparison to Lekhana basti.Timepoint: Day 0,17,34	—
