Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having clinical sign and symptoms of Sthaulya. 2.Subjects whose BMI lies in 28-40kg/m2 3.Subject which are willing to participate in the study. 4.Patient suitable for Virechana karma and Basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of Uncontrolled Hypertension, Coronary heart disease, Chronic kidney disease. 2.Pregnant and lactating females.

MeasureTime frame
Virechana Karma may show better reduction in BMI in patients of Sthaulya in comparison Lekhana basti.Timepoint: Day 0,17,34

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Virechana Karma may show better results on associated symptoms like Chal Sphik-Udar-Stana, Atinidra, Atipipasa, Ati-kshudha, waist circumference, hip circumference in patients of Sthaulya in comparison to Lekhana basti.Timepoint: Day 0,17,34
