Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient willing to give consent. 2) Patients undergoing elective surgery with well-controlled hypertension with medication and BP 3))American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Anticipated difficult airway or difficult intubation (inter- incisor gap 2) Obesity (BMI >30 Kg /m2). 3) History of coronary artery disease, Cervico-spinal disease, gastroesophageal reflux, Chronic respiratory, kidney, and liver diseases. 4) Pregnancy. 5) Drug allergy.
