Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Age Group Between 12 To 60 years Sportspersons only. 2.Patients With Sign And Symptoms Of Gulpha Sandhi Aghat (Ankle Sprain) Like Ruja (Pain) Shotha (Swelling) Snayustabdhta (Tenderness) Alpakaryakshamatva (Difficulty Of Function) or Among Of them Minimum Two Of These Sign And Symptoms If Present will be included 3.Patients Of First and Second Grade Of sprain 4.Patients without Fractures And Subluxation Of Ankle Joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients Of age below 12 years and Above 60 Years will Be Excluded 2.Patients Of Third Grade of Ankle sprain 3.Patients of High Ankle Sprain 4.Patients With Fracture and Dislocation Of Ankle Joint 5.Patient With Pathological Fracture And Open Wound Of Ankle Joint 6.Patients With localized Defects Of Ankle Joint 7.Patients Taking Anti Inflammatory Drugs Or any Other Treatment Of Sprain
