Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PRIMIPAROUS WOMEN WITH NORMAL VAGINAL DELIVERY WITH EPISIOTOMY OF AGE BETWEEN 20-40 YEARS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: WOMEN WITH ANY ACUTE ILLNESS LIKE PPH, HAEMATOMA. MULTIPAROUS WOMEN WITH EPISIOTOMY. WOMEN WITH ANY CHRONIC ILLNESS LIKE DM,CARDIAC DISEASE,CARCINOMA,SKIN DISEASE,GDM, VAGINAL CYST,VARICOSITY OF VEINS. ANY IMMUNE COMPROMISED ILLNESS,HISTORY OF PERINEAL OPERATION.

MeasureTime frame
Healing process difference in between two groups of Seevan karma in Episiotomy healing as per REEDA scaleTimepoint: 8-10 days followup and assessement through REEDA scale

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
effects of various Seevan Karma on wound pain,Scar formation for cosmetic purpose ,fibrosis will be assessed as per REEDA scaleTimepoint: followups will be taken on 1,2,3,7-10th day.
