Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -ASA class I- IV (class IV due to SAH) -Both gender -Age 18-65 years, undergoing clipping of cerebral aneurysm in the neurosurgery operation theatre. -informed consent from patient or legal heir
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -ASA class III,IV (due to other systemic comorbidities), V -Age 65 years -Severe or uncompensated cardiovascular, renal, hepatic or endocrine disease -Pregnancy, postpartum, lactating females -Drug allergy to Propofol or Fentanyl -Refusal to consent by patient or legal heir -Patients who are intubated and on mechanical ventilation -Emergency surgery
