Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed patients of gout and previously diagnosed cases of gout reoccuring Patients having serum uric acid variation Patients giving consent and maintaining follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The case require emergency treatment cases that need surgical intervention patient not giving consent pregnant and lactating mothers

From this study we expect that colchicum autumnale & lithium carbonicum homoeopathic medicines will give beneficial results in the management of hyperuricemia in cases of gout This will be useful in enriching the existing literature of materia medica improving the knowledge of clinicians & will encourage future research Clinical literature available on gout will be enriched by this study and the results defined to the fraternity unbiasedly The finding of this study will add to existing homoeopathic literature and benefits for patients as well as physiciansTimepoint: 9 months
