Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nonspecific neck pain. 2. Age: 20 to 40 years 3.4-6 hours of working 4.50% of working time at a desk with or without a computer/screen. 5. Pain intensity Greater than 2 points in the numerical pain rating scale (NPRS) 6.CVA less than 48 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Specific cause of cervical pain due to any trauma rheumatic or systemic pathology. 2. Central or peripheral neurological sign 3. Cognitive decline. 4. Cervical surgery. 5.Lower limb pathology(Fracture, Numbness, etc )

Primary

1.Numerical pain rating scale (NPRS) 2. Neck disability index (NDI) 3. CV angle (Markus Bader Ruler) Timepoint: 1st week( at the beginning of the intervention) and 4th week (at the end of the intervention)
