Intervention1: yoga: The intervention is for 4 weeks. During the intervention period yoga session will be conducted for a duration of 40 min, 4 days a week. we will take a pre-post of recovery stress

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: competitive swimmers participated in the district/state/national/international competitions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -subjects undergoing physiotherapy -subjects undergoing relaxation training -subjects undergoing sports counseling -subjects undergoing massage therapy - substance use
