Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Study Eadyn alterations induced by intravenous volume expansion and vasopressor infusion in liver transplant recipients.Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters will be recorded 1) Baseline, 2) Before volume expansion/vasopressor, 3) 5 minutes after volume expansion/vasopressor, | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To access the potential of baseline Eadyn to anticipate an increase in arterial pressure following volume expansion intra-operatively. Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters will be recorded 1) Baseline, 2) Before volume expansion/vasopressor, 3) 5 minutes after volume expansion/vasopressor,;To analyse disparity in hemodynamic variables induced by intravenous volume expansion and vasopressor infusion in liver transplant recipients. Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters will be recorded 1) Baseline, 2) Before volume expansion/vasopressor, 3) 5 minutes after volume expansion/vasopressor,;To confirm the usefulness of Eadyn as a predictor of the arterial pressure response to intravenous fluid administration and vasopressor infusion by simultaneously measuring SVV and PPV.Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters will be recorded 1) Baseline, 2) Before volume expansion/vasopressor, 3) 5 minutes after volume expansion/vasopressor,;To elucidate the association between baseline Eadyn and rise in arterial pressure induced by intravenous volume expansion and vasopressor infusion. Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters will be recorded 1) Baseline, 2) Before volume expansion/vasopressor, 3) 5 minutes after volume expansion/vasopressor, | — |
