Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects diagnosed with stroke 2)Individual willing to participate 3)Both male and females 4Age group :-20 -65 5)Montreal cognition assessment (Hindi version )score 25-18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with any neurological disorder other than stroke. 2)Pre morbid psychiatric disorder. 3)Individuals who are already visiting any yoga or meditation sessions. 4)Individuals who are not able to comprehend
