Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive live births delivered in hospital during study period with informed parental consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates whose mothers were on any known antithyroid drugs Those with antenatal detected CNS malformations and major life threatening malformation
