Intervention1: Class IV LASER: The patients will be randomly allocated to groups 1and 2. Group1 will receive Class IV LASER with conventional method and Group 2 will receive conventional method: moist

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: unilaterality of the head pain, ipsilateral neck shoulder and arm pain, pain triggered by neck movement, pain starting in the neck spreading to oculo-fronto-temporal areas, pain elicited by external pressure over the ipsilateral upper, posterior neck region or occipital region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disc herniation, previous history of fracture ,spinal surgery, individual with osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory joint disease, neurological condition(stenosis, cervical radiculopathy), pregnant females, respiratory illness, local benign or malignant tumors
