Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 16 and 25 years. Dysmenorrhoea has been present for at least past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: On analgesic medication for any disease. Subjects with low immune system. Who are allergic to visible spectrum of light.

Modified menstrual symptoms questionnaires. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for pain. Dallas pain questionnaire. Timepoint: TWO time points [Baseline, after 20 minutes]
