Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients within the age group 18 â?? 60 years of either sex Patients presenting with sign and symptoms of Shushkakshipaka. Patients with TBUT Patients with Schirmer test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contact lenses users patients having Chemical, thermal or radiation injury patients having lid structural abnormalities Cases complicated with acute and chronic infective conjunctivities , any specific eyelids disorder, corneal ulcer and dacryocystitis.
